Login Troubles? Try this first.
If you're absolutely certain that you're using the correct user/pass, try the following things. PAY ATTENTION & FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY:
  1. Hit the "Back" button on your browser. Hold down the "Shift" key and click the button.
    DO NOT just choose "Login".
RE-ENTER your correct user/pass and then press "Login".

  2. If that doesn't work, you will need to clear your Internet Explorer "Temporary Internet Files" (cache) by going here:

    Tools > Internet Options
Then, under the "General" tab you will see a section called "Temporary Internet Files". Click "Delete Files", then click "OK".
Then close your browser entirely and try to enter again.

When re-entering the site, make sure to RE-ENTER your user/pass. Don't just choose OK.

  3. When entering your user/pass, check your spelling and remember that your password is CaSe SeNsItIvE.

  4. Your web browser MUST be configured to accept cookies.

    Tools > Internet Options

Then under the "Privacy" tab you will see a slider bar. It must be set no higher than "Medium".  Be sure to click the "Apply" button before you close the Internet Options Window! See below.

For Netscape Navigator:

  1. If you're still having problems, GO BACK AND DO THE ABOVE STEPS AGAIN!
99.9% of all login problems are fixed with the above steps...but you must follow the instructions EXACTLY.
  2. If you're not sure of your password, PLEASE use the "Lost Password" link directly under the login button. You must know your current login name and the email address you used to register the account. The current password will be emailed to that email account. If you don't know these, you will not be able to retrieve a password. DO NOT email me asking for it. For YOUR protection, I will NOT give it to you.

  3. If you have TRIED ALL OF THE STEPS ABOVE, you can email me here.
NOTE: Make 100% sure that you have followed the above instructions EXACTLY. If your user/pass works for me, I'll just give you these same instructions again.
